Career Coaching

Packaged rate of $200/month

Introduction

Career coaching focuses on your relationship with work: where you are now, where you want to go, what feels stuck, and what needs to change for your work life to feel more aligned, sustainable, and intentional.

This work may include exploring career direction, burnout, workplace stress, confidence, communication, boundaries, leadership, job transitions, professional identity, or the tension between financial stability and meaningful work. Career coaching can also support people who are trying to decide whether to stay, leave, pivot, grow, or begin again.

The goal is not to force a single “right” path. The goal is to help you understand what is working, what is not working, and what practical steps can move you closer to a career that fits your values, strengths, responsibilities, and desired life.

Career coaching may help with:

  • Career transitions

  • Burnout and work stress

  • Job-search planning

  • Professional confidence

  • Workplace communication

  • Boundaries and work-life balance

  • Clarifying goals and next steps

  • Feeling stuck, underused, or unsure what comes next

This work is for people who want practical support, clearer direction, and a more intentional relationship with work.

Career coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy and is not intended to treat mental health conditions, workplace trauma, or safety concerns.
