FIND YOUR WAY
BACK TO YOURSELF
Asking for help is a brave step
and I'm proud of you for taking it
Life's uncertainty can leave us feeling empty, worthless, or stuck in exhaustive roles to avoid conflict. This suffering signals a need for change.
I'm here to help you understand your distress, build new skills, and create strategies for meaningful growth and healing. I can offer you a safe space while we walk this journey together.
But every therapist's approach is a little different.
Victoria Fedor, LPC
I’m a NEPA native and experienced therapist (10+ years) offering virtual telehealth therapy and coaching sessions for clients across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I use an eclectic approach of styles as I believe there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to healing.

Kardia Counseling is a Self-Pay Practice. Why?
I believe therapy works best when treatment decisions stay between you and your therapist. Insurance companies often require diagnoses, treatment plans, session limits, medical-necessity reviews, and documentation that can shape or restrict care. I choose not to give insurers that level of influence over your therapy.
Self-pay allows us to focus on what you actually need: the pace, goals, frequency, and type of support that make sense for your life. It also offers greater privacy and flexibility, without sessions being delayed, denied, or dictated by insurance requirements.
I am working toward credentialing with Medical Assistance because I know that self-pay is not accessible for everyone, and I want to reduce barriers to care where I can. For clients with out-of-network benefits, I also partner with Thrizer to help make reimbursement simpler. Thrizer may allow eligible clients to use their out-of-network benefits without having to manage the full reimbursement process on their own. Clients who prefer to submit claims independently may also request superbills to send to their insurance company directly. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on each client’s individual insurance plan and benefits.
